Every birth is unique, and so is the support you deserve. My role is to help you feel informed, grounded, and respected every step of the way. Together, we’ll prepare for the birth you envision, while also creating flexibility and calm for the unexpected.
Birth Support Includes:
Complimentary consultation to explore your birth goals
Childbirth Education Resources
Two prenatal visits focused on birth preferences, comfort techniques, and emotional preparation
On-call support beginning at 37 weeks
Continuous in-person support during active labor and birth
Immediate postpartum care (up to 2 hours after birth)
One - two postpartum visit to debrief, support recovery, and assist with early feeding and adjustment

Postpartum Support
The postpartum period can be one of the most tender and transformative times in life. I provide hands-on, nonjudgmental support to help you rest, recover, and build confidence in your new rhythms.
Postpartum Support Includes:
Emotional support and active listening
Newborn care guidance and feeding support
Light household help to ease the load (meals, tidying, baby laundry)
Rest and recovery planning for parents
Referrals to trusted mental health and lactation resources
Starting at $240 per visit or $60 per hour (Sessions available in 3 - 4 hour blocks)
We take care of everything so you can focus on your birth. Bringing your baby into the world should feel calm, supported, and sacred. Our full-service birth tub rental includes delivery, setup, and pickup
What’s Included
Professional delivery and setup at 37–38 weeks
All necessary equipment: tub liner, hose, adapter, and pump
Clean, sanitized materials for each family
Ambience touches — twinkle lights and affirmation cards for a peaceful space
Drain, clean, and pickup after birth

Consultations & Customized Support
Not every family needs full-service doula care, and that’s okay. I offer flexible options for families who want guidance without ongoing support. These sessions can help you prepare for labor, navigate hospital systems, or plan for postpartum recovery.

Partner coaching and comfort technique sessions
Postpartum planning and mental health check-ins
